Just a quick note to say a big thank you to all the staff at KSA, our CVA was passed today by creditors voting in an overwhelming number including HMRC to accept the proposal as prepared by KSA.
The road to reach today’s conclusion has been bumpy, but at each stage your team has supported and guided us through the issues and we have reached a very satisfactory outcome to the benefit of customers, staff, all creditors and shareholders.
Our Regional Managers all have extensive experience in the turnaround sector and many have been directors of distressed businesses themselves, so know what you are going through! They will talk to you and arrange a free meeting at your earliest convenience. After the meeting they will issue a free solutions report setting out your options and your best course of action along with full costs in writing.
Gary has been with KSA since late 2010 and is now overseeing the work of all our Regional Managers as well as covering his own patch of the South East. He is passionate about helping companies having been an owner and a director of a number of businesses in industries including pubs, catering, road haulage, and retail. Gary drives our rescue work throughout central and west London, Surrey, W.Sussex, Berks., Bucks. and Oxon.
He aims to meet with worried directors within 24-48 hours to get a better understanding of the problems, explain all the options available and formulate a no-nonsense, workable, recovery plan.
Gary divides his spare time between walking his dog and spending time supporting his son's rugby & music activities.
He lives in Surrey and was disappointed to learn of the recent news that the county is now the most expensive in the UK for a pint!
