Insurance law firm, DWF, has bought Triton Global in a pre-pack administration deal, saving all jobs. The firm has also bought Triton’s technology business, 3Sixty, which specialises in developing systems for asset management and incident notifications.
Licensed as an alternative business structure, the practice allowed non-lawyers to have a financial stake in the business. Offices were based in London, Bristol, Leeds, Manchester, Birmingham and Dublin.
FRP Advisory was appointed administrator, with Pinsent Masons advising.
CEO of Triton, John Coleman, said in a statement “We have been actively looking at several different options for the succession of our business and are pleased to be joining up with a bigger and better resourced business”.
“DWF is an excellent fit both in terms of our offering to clients and our cultures. This will enable us to build on the hard work that has been put in over the past decade and more.”
