The catering firm has gone into administration after losing two major clients, Kew gardens and the British Library.
However, the French firm Sodexo has acquired the company’s contracts in a pre-pack administration deal, while the Peyton family will continue running the cafe and bakery.
Founded by Great British Menu TV chef, Oliver Peyton, and his sister Siobhan, the company runs restaurants at the National Gallery, Imperial War Museum and the Institute of Contemporary Arts.
CEO of Sodexo, Chris Bray, said in a statement “Oliver and Siobhan have built a truly aspirational brand in the London visitor attractions market. We are bringing together our resources, talent and expertise to develop an attractive customer experience that will deliver greater value to all our clients.”
