Wayne Harrison

Wayne works with business owners and their stakeholders across all businesses from SMEs to large companies. Primarily focussed on helping businesses to restructure and survive he also has extensive experience of liquidations and administrations in every sector. He has overseen the successful sale of London and Birmingham based law firms, has handled the administration of several haulage firms and worked extensively with a National food retailer to ensure its supply chain was not disrupted when a key delivery haulage contractor entered administration.

At KSA we have the ethos of “giving the right advice” and of providing advice and assistance at the earliest opportunity in order to give ailing businesses the best chance to weather the current unprecedented economic storm. Wayne is at hand to speak to any potential client and will always provide sound guidance on the right options.

Wayne is a licensed insolvency practitioner who is regulated and licensed by the IPA. He has over 25 year’s insolvency experience and joined KSA in 2009 to head up our London office.

Wayne left his native Manchester in the early 90s during that recession and headed south where he started his insolvency career with the Official Receiver in London. He has extensive experience of corporate and personal insolvency, which culminated in him being appointed by the IPA to oversee the regulation of insolvency practitioners. He joined the IPA in 2003 where he was part of the team that developed and implemented its framework. He managed its regulatory operations for three years before making the decision to return to insolvency practice with KSA.
