At CompanyRescue we take our clients and customers security very seriously. We want our customers to feel completely at ease with doing business with us over the Internet. We know that security is a major concern to people using the internet and therefore we have put a system in place that is far safer than giving your credit card details over the telephone. We use Google Checkout, which keeps your card details safe, secure and private.
When you enter credit card information entered in our shop this will not be accessed by any unauthorised person or company. Our secure sockets layer (SSL) encryption uses 128-bit encryption, which is the highest level possible. Our sales order processing system and internal network is protected by the latest Internet proxy technology and supported by Google Checkout!
We guarantee that you will not lose out by placing an order online with us. If your card is used fraudulently as a direct result of being used to buy from our site, then we will assume liability for the first £50 of your loss. Your credit card company is obligated to take responsibility for the rest. We will do our best to work with your credit card company to minimise the hassle for you.
If you fail to obtain a time to pay deal (TTP) or Dissolve your company we will refund your programme costs with no questions asked. Simply send us a copy of the letter rejecting the TTP or dissolution from HMRC or Companies House for an immediate refund through Google Checkout.
For all other products please send an email to refunds@companyrescue.co.uk explaining why you require a refund and we will answer and refund your money through Google Checkout.
