Options for the Distressed Business

Having established the company’s position and your personal and business objectives you are now ready to consider the options available. Consider each carefully and examine the relevance to your business and its circumstances.

This may seem harsh and brutal, but if you have signed security documents on behalf of your company, personal guarantees to support the company lending or have not acted properly - then you potentially face the loss of your business, your home, possibly your personal relationships and personal bankruptcy.
